I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were fairly spacious, but only had the essentials, and unfortunately, one of the beds was broken which led to my child getting hurt. The service was hit or miss, with some friendly and helpful staff but lacking in apologies for mishaps. The location had its drawbacks with a poor industrial district setting but was convenient for quick trips to nearby amenities. The dining options left much to be desired, needing improvement in variety and timing. The facilities were average overall.
